CTE Teacher Recruitment
As of June 2017, Fuel Education offers one or more courses with a state-certified CTE instructor in 39 states across the country. Fuel Education’s Instructional Services team strives to recruit and retain qualified instructors with the required credentials for the state in which they teach. In the event you purchase access to a course that does not currently have a highly trained and credentialed instructor on staff, we will commit to a strong recruitment strategy in your state and keep you informed on any developments on an ongoing basis.
Academic Support Team
The Academic Support Team is a diverse group of experienced educators who work together to make sure you are getting the best possible service. The team handles multiple customer questions and topics and is able to quickly redirect you to a qualified team member without your having to leave and re-enter the chat room.
Chat agents can fully support you within the Service Station, and if needed, use a live collaboration tool for more detailed explanations. All chat sessions transcripts are saved to the chat requestor’s account as a log. Chat sessions can also be printed or emailed to the chat requestor for a record.
Your students have access to live technical support for all disciplines, including CTE courses, that lets them connect online to get the help they need with a single click seven days a week. This includes having access to course content support, course navigation help, instructions on how to upload files, contact a teacher, and answers to other technical support questions that students may ask a teacher.
